The daughter of John and Francis (Jefferies) Goldstone, she married first Joseph Meriam in England and second, she married in Concord, Joseph Wheeler, son of THOMAS and DOROTHY (HOLLOWAY) WHEELER (he is listed on a petition in 1644 along with George and Joseph Wheeler and Robert Meriam). The will of her brother, Robert Golstone, Jr. in 1637 names all of the children of Joseph & Sarah Meriam as: William Meriam, Sarah (Meriam) Wheeler, Joseph Meriam, Elizabeth Meriam, Hannah Meriam, John Meriam. According to Concord Births, Marriages & Deaths, they also had a son, Ephraim Wheeler, born February 14, 1640 and buried June 19, 1641.
